Initial Consultation
We begin with a confidential conversation to understand the dispute, the parties involved, and your objectives. We clarify what is at stake and how we can best assist.

Process Design
We work with all parties to agree on the most appropriate structure — tailored to complexity, urgency, and sensitivity. This may include agreeing on confidentiality terms and timelines.

Mediation or Arbitration
The process is conducted by a neutral specialist. In mediation, this may involve joint sessions and private caucuses. In arbitration, we oversee submissions and issue a binding award. We can do this independently or via institutional appointments.

Resolution
We aim to deliver durable, enforceable outcomes — whether a negotiated settlement agreement or a binding arbitral award — documented with clarity and authority.
