Dr Doris Aja-Eke is the Principal Mediator & ADR Specialist at Duna ADR. She is a qualified mediator with the International Mediation Institute (IMI) and an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CiArb).

Dr. Doris Aja-Eke is also an Assistant Professor at the School of Politics and International Relations, University College Dublin, with a wide range of research and publications on political, international and development-related issues. Her teaching and research experience in diplomacy, international organisations, international law, corruption and governance, foreign aid and conflict, as well as other areas of politics and international relations, has equipped her to carry out mediation, arbitration, and other dispute resolution strategies, especially with:

Doris is based in Dublin, but is available for national and international appointments and travels. She accepts mediation, arbitration, and other dispute resolution appointments both directly from the parties and through institutional settings. With a PhD, MSc, and BSc in International Relations, as well as a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) to be completed in September 2026, she is open to a wide range of industries, with particular expertise in international, political, government, public, corporate, and state disputes.
